Service Representative (LCPs & Service)

Location:UK-wide (ideally Midlands-based or with strong motorway access)

Salary:Depending on experience

OTE:£50,000-£60,000

Holidays:25 days + UK bank holidays

Company overview

A growing machine tool business delivering high standards of service and lifecycle packages (LCPs) to UK manufacturing customers.

Role overview

Own and grow service revenue across new and existing customers. You'll promote and deliver LCPs, services and upgrades, plan your own schedule, visit sites, and coordinate with engineering to ensure delivery meets agreed standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow LCPs, service contracts and reactive support revenue
  • Develop new business and expand existing accounts
  • Plan and manage your owncalendar,book site visits and reviews
  • Scope service work and upgrades; prepare proposals and quotations
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, pipeline forecasting and order tracking
  • Coordinate with service/engineering for delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company's service standards at reviews and handovers

Requirements

  • Strong CNC knowledge with Siemens and FANUC familiarity (essential)
  • Proven experience in service sales or technical sales to manufacturing clients
  • Commercially minded with clear communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised, able to self-manage and travel UK-wide
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK

Nice to have

  • Experience selling service contracts/LCPs, spares or upgrades
  • Machine tool or automation industry background
  • Comfortable handling a range of order values and long/short sales cycles
  • Competent with CRM tools and basic forecasting/KPIs
