Office-based Hammersmith Commission-Only Self-Employed Sector: Protection Insurance Financial Services Realistic OTE:
- Year 1: £30,000-£50,000
- Year 2: £80,000-£120,000
- Year 3: £150,000+
- Year 4: £175,000+

What You'll Be Doing
- Convert live, qualified mortgage leads into protection business - no cold sourcing
- Work closely with your adviser pod to maximise referral volumes and retention
- Deliver honest, client-first advice with precision, urgency, and follow-through
- Own your pipeline - from contact to completion
- Learn, grow, and earn - with clear targets and ongoing coaching
