Industrial Refrigeration Supervisor

We're partnered with a leading business in the Industrial Refrigeration sector and they're looking to add an Experienced Supervisor to their Glasgow team.

Job Duties:

• Full P&L accountability for all quoted service works.
• Provide technical and practical support to regional service engineers.
• Oversee and coordinate daily service operations.
• Ensure compliance and provide guidance on Health & Safety matters for regional service engineers.
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with contracted customers.
• Collaborate with the Regional Service Manager (RSM) on the recruitment and on-boarding of Service Engineers.
• Liaise and coordinate with the Projects Business Unit to ensure seamless integration of activities.
• Partner with the RSM to drive regional growth and development initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver customer reports as required.
• Perform all standard Service Engineer duties, including participation in the call-out rota.
• Coordinate and support regional projects as needed.

Key Requirements:

• City & Guilds 2078 / 2079 F-Gas Refrigerant Handling / CITB / C&G Ammonia Handling Certificate.
• City & Guilds 207 - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• NVQ1, 2 & 3 - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• Proven experience in service supervision within the RAC sector and mobile service operations, with specific expertise in commercial chiller systems.
• Established network and strong relationships with regional refrigeration end users.
• Solid technical knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems and associated equipment.
• Strong commercial acumen with well-developed negotiation skills.
