If you are an experienced multi skilled packaging machinery Service Engineer or Factory Maintenance Engineer who is happy to spend your time travelling and staying away in the UK and Ireland, then jobs do not come any better than this one! BASIC SALARY: up to £48,000 BENEFITS: Overtime and Annual Bonus to earn circa £65,000 Choice of Hybrid Estate Car, Pick Up or Car allowance 5% Pension All travel expenses LOCATION: You will be home based and will mostly cover the UK & Ireland with occasional worldwide travel. As such you can live anywhere in the UK but Midlands and North would be ideal COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Hull, Nottingham, Peterborough JOB DESCRIPTION: Service Engineer / Maintenance Engineer - packaging machinery This is a classic Field Service Engineer role involving the installation and commissioning of new machinery as well as planned maintenance of existing machinery and turnkey lines in pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. PERSON SPECIFICATION: Service Engineer / Maintenance Engineer - packaging machinery You MUST be an experienced multi skilled Field Service Engineer or Factory Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record of servicing packaging machinery Any experience of working within the pharmaceutical sector would be advantageous but is not essential You WILL be able and willing to spend most of your time travelling & staying away from home in the UK & Ireland with occasional trips worldwide. You WILL be a qualified Electrical AND Mechanical Engineer and will have completed a full apprenticeship You WILL be familiar with PLC s THE COMPANY: This is the UK sales and service office of a very well established and worldwide market leading European manufacturer of packaging machinery supplied to the pharmaceutical industry.
