About the Account Director role:
We re looking for a strategic, commercially minded Account Director to lead a portfolio of key clients, drive growth, and inspire a high-performing account services team.
You ll be the client s trusted partner, understanding their business inside out, delivering outstanding marketing communications, and ensuring every campaign hits objectives, on time and on budget.
This is a role for someone who loves combining strategic thinking, relationship building, and team leadership, all while keeping an eye on the bottom line.

Responsibilities of the Account Director:
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, act as the main point of contact for key accounts.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Oversee your team s projects, from concept to completion, ensuring excellence every time.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets with precision.
- Support and mentor Account Managers and Executives, holding regular 1:1s and appraisals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align on business targets and operational processes.
- Represent the agency at client events and networking opportunities.
