Location: Feering, CO5 (Hybrid working, 3 days at home, 2 in office)

Salary: £40,000

About the Account Director role:

We re looking for a strategic, commercially minded Account Director to lead a portfolio of key clients, drive growth, and inspire a high-performing account services team.

You ll be the client s trusted partner, understanding their business inside out, delivering outstanding marketing communications, and ensuring every campaign hits objectives, on time and on budget.

This is a role for someone who loves combining strategic thinking, relationship building, and team leadership, all while keeping an eye on the bottom line.

Responsibilities of the Account Director:

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, act as the main point of contact for key accounts.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Oversee your team s projects, from concept to completion, ensuring excellence every time.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets with precision.
  • Support and mentor Account Managers and Executives, holding regular 1:1s and appraisals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align on business targets and operational processes.
  • Represent the agency at client events and networking opportunities.

Requirements of the Account Director:

  • Calm, level-headed approach, thrives under pressure and handles challenges with ease.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, confident liaising with senior clients.
  • Proven experience in a marketing agency or property marketing environment.
  • Strategic thinker with commercial awareness and financial acumen.
