Are you a seasoned Programme or Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex, high-value projects in the built environment? Our client-a leading consultancy specialising in IT, AV, and Security design for the Built Environment-is expanding and looking for an experienced professional to join their London-based team.

This is a rare opportunity to lead multi-disciplinary teams on some of the most prestigious construction, fit-out, and refurbishment projects across the commercial, workplace, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, design teams, and construction project managers
  • Lead internal teams through the full project lifecycle, from strategy and design to delivery and handover
  • Develop and manage project governance, MS programmes, and reporting frameworks
  • Oversee involvement in competitive procurement processes
  • Support the commercial team with RFP responses and bid presentations
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all project phases

? Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years' experience in programme/project management within the built environment
  • Proven track record leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects in office, workplace, or hospitality sectors
  • Strong understanding of RIBA work stages and design coordination
  • Formal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, APM)
  • Experience in consultancy or client-side roles
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, AV, LAN/WAN/WiFi, and physical security systems (advantageous)
  • Degree-qualified or equivalent professional experience
