About the Company:
Join a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Leeds that prides itself on innovation, quality, and a strong team culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Management Accountant to play a key role in supporting financial decision-making and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor and report on manufacturing costs, margins, and KPIs
• Partner with operations and production teams to provide financial insight
• Assist with year-end audit and statutory reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost control
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies

What We're Looking For:

• Part-qualified or qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
• Experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
