Systems Engineer (Antenna & Radar)

RC Fornax are looking for a Systems Engineer to support our customer based in Herefordshire.

This is Outside IR35 opportunity , hybrid opportunity working 2-3 days on site per week , contract lenght 6 months initially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead system-level design and integration of antenna and radar subsystems.
• Define and manage system requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (RF, mechanical, software).
• Conduct simulations and modelling to validate performance.
• Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., MIL-STD, EMC).
• Produce technical documentation and engage with customers.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with radar systems, RF design, or antenna technologies.
• Experience in requirements analysis , Verification & Validation
• Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, CST, HFSS).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
