As Category Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of category buyers
• Leading outsourced spend for a key commodity category
• Managing strategic supplier relationships and driving cost efficiencies
• Shaping Make vs Buy strategies and transformation initiatives
• Overseeing complex sourcing evaluations and negotiations
• Securing a global supply base aligned with performance targets

As Category Manager, your experience will include:

• 5 years experience in Supply Chain / Strategic Procurement within manufacturing/engineering
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
• Ideally CIPS qualified
• Strong project and change management skills
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and managing international supply chains
