£32,000 £40,000 basic (DOE) + Team Bonus
Full-time Permanent Week 1: Monday to Friday, 08 00 Week 2: Monday to Saturday, 08 00

The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a leading fast fit brand in Clacton-on-Sea.

You ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing clear advice, efficient service booking, and a friendly, professional experience every time. Working in a busy and customer-focused environment, you ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the service department.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and handle service enquiries in person and over the phone
• Book vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair work
• Liaise with technicians and keep customers updated on progress
• Provide clear explanations of work required and completed
• Identify and upsell additional services, repairs, or products when appropriate
• Accurately raise job cards, invoices, and process payments
• Ensure every customer receives professional, friendly, and efficient service

Your Background & Skills

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Fast Fit Advisor, or in a similar customer service role within the motor trade
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident handling busy workloads and prioritising effectively
• Knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• Full UK Driving Licence essential
