Location: Rayleigh, Essex

Salary: National Minimum Wage

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm

Are you looking to start a career within precision manufacturing? Our client is offering a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a motivated and hands-on individual to join their production team as a Trainee Laser Machine Operator. No prior laser experience is required - full training will be provided.

What you'll be doing

• Operate and monitor CNC laser cutting machinery once trained
• Load raw materials and unload finished components
• Assist with setting up machines for production runs
• Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Follow health & safety and workshop procedures
• Support general production and housekeeping duties when required

What we're looking for

• Interest in engineering / manufacturing / machining
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Confident using computers / control panels
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Previous workshop or factory experience is beneficial but not essential
