An industry-leading provider of advanced CNC machining solutions is seeking a dedicated Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) Officer to join its dynamic team. The Role of a QHSE Officer
- Maintain and develop HSE policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
- Lead on-site inspections, audits, and accident investigations.
- Manage PPE, COSHH, contractor safety, and environmental compliance.
- Oversee ISO accreditations (9001, 14001 & 45001) and support external audits.
- Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and promote safety engagement across teams.
Requirements of a QHSE Officer
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or IOSH equivalent).
- Strong working knowledge of HSE legislation and ISO systems.
- Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Able to influence, engage and drive continuous improvement.
