Our client is looking for a Fulfilment Coordinator to join their expanding team in Hayes.
Job Spec:
It's a role within an office within the warehouse very hands on fulfilling documents
You will be stood at a desk scanning , checking packing , labelling documents
Processing and fulfilment of highly sensitive packages in readiness for transport
Upholding incredibly high security protocols
Proactive customer service
Data entry using internal and external internet based system
Dealing with enquires from overseas and UK based customers
Requirements:
Ideally previous experience with Government defence and specialised movement based accounts
Must have a full 5 year checkable work history with no more than 28 days gap
DBS
Experience with data entry, PC and web based IT applications including MS Excel and Word
Ability to work unsupervised to complete assigned department and customer tasks
Team player (essential)
Ability to work and meet tight deadlines

Monday to Friday
Salary
£13.22 per hour
