Hays are seeking a polished and proactive Corporate Temporary Receptionist to join our client's front-of-house team in a dynamic and professional corporate environment. This is a temporary ad hoc role.
Your new role

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, welcoming, and aligned with corporate standards.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently using a multi-line phone system.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting preparations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes in line with company policy.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Liaise with facilities, IT, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
