The Role

We re looking for an experienced SMART Repair Technician / Alloy Wheel Technician to join a busy and successful motor trade bodyshop in Stansted.

You ll be responsible for carrying out high-quality cosmetic repairs, alloy wheel refurbishments, and paintwork on a range of vehicles ensuring every job meets manufacturer and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and identify repair requirements
• Carry out alloy wheel refurbishments to a high standard
• Complete SMART and cosmetic paint repairs, minor dent removal, and interior repairs
• Accurately record all work completed and adhere to timeframes
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and respect throughout the process

Your Background & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in SMART repairs or alloy wheel refurbishment
• Skilled in cosmetic paint, minor dent, and interior repair techniques
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Positive attitude, good team player, and reliable work ethic
• Full, clean UK Driving Licence essential
