Job Description

Job Title: Chef de Partie / Sous Chef
Location: Isle of Islay, Inner Hebrides - Accepting Applications from all over Scotland
Remuneration: 18.25 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary (Immediate start until 6th January 2024, 4 months)

Are you a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef ready to embark on a culinary adventure in a breathtaking island setting? Join our dynamic team of four chefs in a luxury 12-bedroom hotel, where you will help create exquisite Scottish cuisine using the finest local ingredients.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the kitchen team in delivering exceptional dishes to rosette standard
  • Assist with meal planning and daily prep
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and organisation
  • Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for Scottish cuisine
  • Ability to thrive in a small team setting
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Basic Disclosure Certificate (cost reimbursed)
