About the RoleWe're looking for a practical and motivated Mechanical Installer to join our growing Installations team. You'll work on a variety of industrial and utility projects across the UK, installing wastewater containment units and associated access structures, including gantries, stairs and railings.
This is a hands-on role that involves travelling to different sites, working safely as part of a professional team, and delivering high-quality installations to specification. Full training and a personal development plan will be provided to help you progress within the company.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstall containment units, pipework, gantries, stairs, and railings to engineering drawings and specifications
Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete mechanical installations
Work both independently and as part of a team on construction and utility sites nationwide
Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are met on-site
Travel and stay away from home as required (accommodation and allowances provided)
Communicate effectively with site supervisors, engineers, and colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery
Valid CSCS card (essential)
Construction site experience (required)
Experience using power tools and hand tools
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Additional qualifications such as PASMA, IPAF, Confined Space, or First Aid are an advantage
Strong practical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to working safely
Willingness to travel and work away from home regularly
