As part of their continued investment in their New Homes Conveyancing team, they are now seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant to join their Bristol or Taunton office.
Your new role
You will be joining a highly regarded and fast-paced New Homes Conveyancing team, supporting lawyers in delivering a seamless service to individuals and businesses across a wide range of property transactions. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support to conveyancers, managing caseloads and assisting with the preparation and amendment of legal documents and correspondence. You'll handle post-completion tasks such as registrations and deadline management, liaise with clients and third parties, and support file opening and closing procedures in line with compliance standards.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have experience working within a conveyancing environment and a good understanding of conveyancing procedures. You'll be a confident communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A proactive approach, strong IT skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support are essential.Experience in handling post-completion tasks, managing caseloads, and liaising with clients and stakeholders will be advantageous. A desire to grow your career within a collaborative and ambitious team will be key to your success.
