Job Title: Product Owner
Industry: Software House
Working Set-Up: Remote first - Candidates must be commutable to Newcastle for occasional team meetings and social events
Salary - £40,000-£45,000 per annum
Interview process: 2 stages
The Role:
Leo Technology have partnered with an exciting business who specialise in employee app and intranet solutions. Their award winning platform is on a mission to make communication simple and due to organic company growth, they're now looking to appoint a talented Product Owner!
In this position, you'll be instrumental in driving the development and enhancement of their platform, making sure that value is continuously delivered to customers all whilst keeping alignment with the companies strategic goals. You'll work with a variety of stakeholder, developers, designers, and business leaders to define new product features, enhance current features, and prioritise the product backlog.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level Product Owner to join a growing company who are going from strength to strength within their industry!
The Person:
- 3+ years' experience as a Product Owner within an IT environment
- Experience working on web and mobile apps is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (official certifications are a bonus)
