Parts Advisor Car Dealership

£28,700 basic + OTE £33,700
Full-time Permanent 45 hours per week Mon Fri 9am 6pm 1 in 3 Saturdays
The Role
We re looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Advisor to join a successful franchised car dealership in Warrington.
You ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the parts department supplying parts to both customers and workshop technicians, maintaining stock accuracy, and providing first-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, locate, and supply the correct vehicle parts for customers, trade, and workshop teams
- Sell and upsell parts, accessories, and manufacturer promotions
- Receive, record, and allocate parts deliveries from suppliers
- Support regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and manufacturers
- Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service at all times
Your Background & Skills
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within a car dealership or motor trade environment
- Strong communication, customer service, and organisational skills
- Experience using dealer management systems (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple requests
- Confident, proactive, and a team player
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
