We are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to work within an education setting in North West London
The Facilities Manager will be working within an education setting providing portering, cleaning, mechanical, electrical, HVAC and general building repairs
Must have previous experience and a proven track record of managing teams of porters, cleaning teams and Hard Services maintenance teams as well as have a good understanding of project works
This role will be working very closely with the Principle, ensuring all operation needs are met and the site is maintained to SFG20 standards
Previous experience within Facilities is essential, with experience of working in education preferred
Hours are 8 hours per day, working between 0700 and 1700 (flexible dependant on site requirements)
