Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in enhancing cybersecurity culture within a large organisation? We are seeking a dynamic Security Champion/Engagement Partner to join our Security Education & Training team!

Your Role:
As a Security Champion/Engagement Partner, you will lead the delivery of our Cyber Sentinels Network, a vital initiative aimed at embedding a culture of cyber awareness and resilience. Your efforts will directly impact approximately 450,000 colleagues globally, spanning Head Office, Stores, Distribution Centres, and Customer Fulfilment Centres.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programme Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end execution of the Cyber Sentinels Network, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Directors, Security Champions, and Learning Partners to identify high-risk areas and recruit suitable Sentinels.
• Communications & Engagement: Develop and implement a communications plan to promote the programme, drive participation, and maintain momentum.
• Training & Enablement: Coordinate onboarding and enablement sessions for Sentinels, equipping them with the necessary tools and knowledge.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress against KPIs, provide updates for senior stakeholders, and adapt strategies to ensure target coverage.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback to refine the programme and enhance its sustainability.

What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in programme or project management, ideally within cybersecurity, learning & development, or organisational change.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience in designing and delivering engagement campaigns or networks across large organisations.
• The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
