Grill Chef

Jubilee is recruiting for a talented and motivated Grill Chef to join the team at a modern boutique hotel located in the heart of Bath.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef with a background in open grill cookery and a passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You will be working within a professional, dynamic team that takes pride in producing consistently high-quality dishes in a busy, open kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience working on open grills in a fast-paced environment
• A solid understanding of classical cooking techniques and sauces
• A genuine passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organisation skills
