We re looking for a confident and proactive Telesales Executive to join a well-established business recognised as a market leader in the waste export industry. Trusted by some of the world s largest ocean freight carriers, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in driving business growth in a dynamic and evolving market.
This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK, while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Ideal for someone who s target-driven, enjoys building relationships, and is confident working independently, this position offers the chance to make a real impact within a fast-growing business.
what you ll be doing:
- Sourcing new leads through research and outbound outreach
- Creating, managing, and updating leads within a CRM system
- Cold calling potential customers to introduce the business and qualify interest
- Presenting warm, qualified leads to the internal team for pricing and follow-up
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to continuous improvement in sales processes

what we re looking for:
- Sales experience: Previous experience in a telesales, lead generation or outbound calling role
- Industry background: Experience in waste export, freight, or logistics is desirable but not essential
- Strong communicator: Clear, persuasive, and confident on the phone
- CRM familiarity: Comfortable managing contacts and sales activity in a CRM platform
- Self-motivated: Able to work independently and hit targets in a fully remote setting
