This position is for a full time Work and Skills Coach in prison education.
The role is based near York, in a brand new prison.
As a Work and Skills Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting learners by providing information and advice, ensuring that they are prepared to find and maintain employment opportunities.
Identifying the individual needs of learners ensuring that all learners have an individual learning plan which links to their long-term employment goals.
Work schedule: Full time 38.5 hours per week
Salary scale: Up to £27,600per annum
Annual leave: 30 days per annum
