The Company

The Role
The agency very rarely recruit, as they have a very low staff churn and an excellent team, however, due to continued growth they are now looking for an Event Manager to join their events team. This role covers every element of Event Management, from taking the initial client brief, venue finding, planning the whole event all whilst managing the client relationship and then overseeing everything coming together on site.
This is a broad role where the Event Manager will use all of their event and project management skills and experience, including;
- Taking the initial client brief
- End to end project management
- Delivering multiple projects simultaneously
- Working closely with in-house teams including creative, design and build
- Briefing and managing external suppliers and stakeholders
- Managing& communicating operating plans including project schedules and design elements
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
- Managing budgets and overseeing cost management
- On-site project management, including overseeing stand installation and break down
The Candidate
Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as an Event Manager for either an events company. Candidates from other project management backgrounds such as charities, associations and conference organisers may also be considered. Most importantly we are looking for an ambitious Event Manager with a willingness to learn and develop within this fantastic organisation!
