We are working on behalf of our client, a vibrant and growing company within the logistics industry, to find enthusiastic individuals for their General Office Trainee positions.

No previous experience is required. Full on-the-job training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a fun and supportive office environment.

What you will learn and do:

  • Use the company's operating system to assist your department with booking shipments
  • Communicate with customers in the UK and overseas
  • Prepare shipping quotes
  • Arrange deliveries using internal transport and third-party carriers
  • Support management with general day-to-day office tasks

Who we are looking for:

  • Confident using Outlook for professional emails and attachments
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and internet research
  • Good telephone manner and clear communication (English as first language)
  • Organised, reliable and able to multitask
  • Keen to learn about logistics and develop within the company

Experience is not necessary. This role is ideal for a college leaver or someone eager to build a career in an engaging office setting.
