Financial Accountant, Permanent job in Wolverhampton, £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Your new role
The job of the Financial Accountant will be a varied one. Ideally, they are seeking a part-qualified or finalist who is looking to complete their finance qualifications.
Duties for the job include:

• Preparation of month end, including journals, accruals and prepayments
• Variance analysis
• Forecasting
• Producing monthly management accounts, including, profit and loss and balance sheet
• Intercompany accounts
• Bank reconciliations
• Assisting in producing month-end reports and analysis to ensure the business can meet its objective and set performance targets
• Reviewing costs, cash and revenue forecasts
• Producing presentations to review the companies' monthly and quarterly performance
• Fixed asset depreciation
• Preparing capex reports
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with the annual external audit
• Assisting with budget preparations
• Assisting with year-end reporting

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be a part-qualified or finalist accountant studying either, the CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification. They will be comfortable working in a varied accounts role and will be keen to complete their studies.
