Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences? We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our vibrant retail store in York. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, operational excellence, and team development.
What you'll do:

Support the Store Manager to maximise sales and profit through excellent customer service and effective store operations.

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales colleagues, providing coaching, feedback, and training to help them reach their full potential.

Analyse store performance data and take commercial action to improve KPIs and sales targets.

Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-stocked, and operationally efficient.

Act as a role model, championing an inclusive and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Handle customer feedback, queries, or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and company policies.

Previous experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
