Interim Head of Live Services

Harvey Nash are supporting a high-profile public sector organisation with the appointment of an Interim Head of Live Services - a critical leadership role during a period of major transformation and programme closure.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior role, providing strategic oversight and operational resilience across a large-scale digital and delivery environment. You'll be guiding senior teams through a period of intense activity, including winter readiness, programme wind-down, and the implementation of a new operating model that will bring together over 800 professionals.

We're looking for someone with:

• Senior leadership experience in government, public sector, or financial services.
• A strong track record in managing enterprise-scale live services.
• The ability to coach and support senior teams through complex delivery challenges.
• Gravitas to operate at board and ministerial level, while remaining grounded and collaborative.

This role is inside IR35 and requires a Basic Disclosure Scotland certificate. Travel to other sites may be required.
