• Basic salary to £35,000 plus £250 per month (£3,000) car allowance.
• On target earnings are very realistically between £65,000 to £70,000.

• The role will be ideal for an existing Senior Lettings Negotiator looking to make the next step in their career or someone currently working in a Lettings Managers role already, but within an environment which is failing to recognise their full potential, provide the necessary training and support required or limited opportunity to improve earning potential.

• We are seeking a dynamic, driven and hungry Lettings Manager to lead business growth through acquisition of new managed properties.
• You will be focused on obtaining new lettings and managed properties and reignite relationships with over 3,000 landlords in their let only database.
• You will need to be able to work at speed as it is a very fast paced environment, where they could be doing 50 deals in any given month.
• Someone who likes pressure.
• If you consider yourself to be a team player then we have a refreshing position available for a multi skilled Letting Agent with strong selling and closing skills.
