An international law firm is seeking a Conflicts Junior Analyst to join their New Business Conflicts & Compliance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced, global environment.
The Role
- Conduct corporate and conflicts database research
- Assist with identification and resolution of conflicts of interest
- Support the preparation of engagement letters, waivers and consents
- Maintain and update the conflicts database
- Handle research requests and administrative tasks for the team
About You
- At least 9 months' experience in conflicts research or a law firm environment
- Strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills
- 3E (or comparable database) experience preferred
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills
- Positive, proactive and keen to develop a career in conflicts/compliance
