We are actively seeking an experienced, resilient and dedicated Registered Mental Health/Learning Disability Nurse to join our team who can play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, practices, and success of this brand-new facility. Note: Preceptorship positions are not available currently within this service. Developed in collaboration with the NHS to with the aim to support women from the North West to be treated closer to home. There are three wards at Cygnet Kenney House; The PICU and Acute environments will offer rapid access to care, supporting women to move quickly and safely through to the most appropriate and least restrictive setting. The mental health rehabilitation and recovery ward (level 2) will support individuals moving on from the Acute ward, as well as external referrals from other services such as secure, CAMHS, prison services and more. Your Day-to-Day Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations Work closely with the management team to contribute to the ongoing development of the service. Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge and promote nursing Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals Administer prescribed medicines with Healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines.
