Your Role:
As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in managing our credit control processes and ensuring our accounts receivable are maintained efficiently. You will be the friendly face of our finance team, working closely with clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Conduct credit checks and risk assessments for new customers.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of credit control activities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve discrepancies and queries.
