Front-End Developer (Contract - £300-£400/day, Fully Remote) (JavaScript/ Vue.js) Initial 1-Month Contract Potential for Ad-Hoc Ongoing Work
We're looking for an experienced Front-End Developer to join a fast-paced digital transformation project for a leading UK-based organisation in the manufacturing sector. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact on a complex internal system used across multiple teams.
The Role:You'll be joining at the latter stages of a large internal rebuild, helping optimise and refine an order processing platform that integrates data from over 40 different software tools. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, a strong understanding of front-end best practices, and the ability to hit the ground running in a dynamic environment.
Tech Stack:
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- Vue.js
- HTML5 / CSS3
- REST APIs & JSON
What You'll Do:
- Enhance and streamline the user interface for an internal order processing system
- Optimise workflows and improve system usability for internal teams
- Collaborate with backend developers and project leads to finalise and deploy key features
- Contribute to performance improvements and front-end best practices
You'll Succeed If You:
- Have proven experience in Vue.js and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Thrive in fast-moving, delivery-focused environments
- Can jump into an existing codebase and make immediate contributions
- Have an eye for clean, efficient UI design
Similar experince working on these kind of projects/ manufacturing companies, would be particularly beneficial.
