Experienced Warehouse Operative Picker

Job Title: Experienced Warehouse PickerLocation: TewkesburyPay Rate: £13.00 per hourWorking Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hour unpaid break)Start Date: Immediate Start AvailableOvertime: Available and paid at enhanced rates

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join a small, close-knit team of 4. This role involves light picking duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with future training opportunities on Counterbalance (CB) and Bendi forklifts.

• Accurately pick and pack items based on order sheets
• Handle and identify products with complex or awkward part numbers
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times

• Strong written and spoken English - essential for interpreting part numbers and communicating within the team
• Previous warehouse picking experience
• Comfortable lifting items up to 10kg
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Willingness to learn and undergo training on CB and Bendi trucks
