The Opportunity:
We re partnering with a leading professional services organisation embarking on a major Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation. They re looking for an experienced contract D365 Business Analyst to join the team and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of this programme.
You ll be working at the heart of the project, collaborating with stakeholders, defining business requirements, and helping to deliver a best-practice F&O solution that drives real business impact.
What You ll Be Doing:

Engaging with business stakeholders to capture, analyse, and translate requirements into clear deliverables.

Leading workshops to map current ( as-is ) and future ( to-be ) processes across Finance and Operations.

Supporting solution design and ensuring alignment with D365 F&O best practices.

Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation including user stories, functional specs, and process maps.

Working closely with technical teams on data migration, integrations, and reporting requirements.

Supporting test planning, execution, and defect management throughout project phases.

Providing input to change management and user adoption initiatives.

Acting as the critical link between the business and technical delivery teams to ensure project success.
What We re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst on multiple D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation programmes.

Deep understanding of Finance processes within D365 F&O is desirable.

Background in professional services or other complex, project-based environments is highly advantageous.

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills - confident facilitating workshops and managing senior relationships.

Strong documentation and analysis skills - requirements, user stories, process mapping, etc.

Experience with integrations, data migration, and system dependencies in D365 F&O.

Proactive, detail-driven, and delivery-focused with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
Contract: Outside IR35
