We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator. This role involves running boards through placements machines & ovens and testing finished goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, following Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining high quality standards.
 
 Shift Pattern: Night Shift - Sun - Thurs, (Apply online only)
 15.26 (rising to 15.81 after 12 weeks on site)
 Location: Horsham
 
 Please note:
 Training required for 8-12 weeks on AM Shift (Apply online only) or on PM Shift 13.30-21.00, standard pay rate applies during training period ( 12.21)
Key Responsibilities:
 
 Using the SMT equipment create PCBs according to SOPs and standard build times
 Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
 Operate test equipment and interpret pass/fail criteria
 Maintain accurate records and follow safety protocols
 Participate in daily shift briefings and end-of-shift handovers
 Collaborate with a team of approximately 10 colleagues under a structured shift management system
 
 What We're Looking For:
 
 Machine operation experience (SMT operation would be a bonus)
 Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions in English
 Good communication skills and ability to retain and apply information
 Physically capable of performing tasks involving standing, bending, and light lifting
 Comfortable working in a mixed seated/standing environment
 Willingness to work collaboratively and contribute to team goals
 
 Desirable Experience:
 
 Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
 Familiarity with APC / manual Insertion
 Experience using test equipment in a production setting
 Background in similar industries
