Lawrence Harvey are partnered with a leading UK brand that are hiring for a HR Systems Analyst with Dayforce expertise on a day rate contractor basis.
The client are already live with Dayforce, using it full-suite for Core HR, Workforce Management and Payroll. The HRIS Analyst will play a vital part in supporting their post-implementation journey, assisting with additional configurations, analysis and optimisation.
This is an initial 3 month contract starting in mid-November and is predominantly remote with ad-hoc travel as and when needed to their sites across the UK. The daily rate is £400 per day Outside IR35.
Experience:
3 5 years of HRIS experience, including at least 2 years working with Dayforce 
Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes and compliance requirements.
Proficient in reporting and analytics within Dayforce or similar HCM systems.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Dayforce implementation or configuration experience (Core HR, Payroll, Time, or Benefits).
