A leading financial services organisation is seeking a highly capable Finance Money In Recovery Lead to join their Finance Team on a 6-month contract. This is a strategic role focused on stabilisation and remediation within a complex pension environment. The role will require national travel for stakeholder engagement.
Your new role
You will lead a rectification workstream responsible for resolving issues in pension scheme contributions. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep operational expertise and the ability to manage complex data challenges. You'll be expected to provide comprehensive updates to senior stakeholders, including board and CEO level, and guide a team through financial fixes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the end-to-end "Money In" process
- Driving recovery efforts and stabilising finance operations
- Designing and implementing a scalable BAU Finance model
- Collaborating across internal and external teams
- Acting as SME for audits and governance forums
What you'll need to succeed
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including C-suite interactionProven leadership in pensions, financial services, or paymentsExperience in financial rectification and finance transformation projectsLife & Pensions (L&P) experience is essential.Analytical mindset with a focus on deliveryAccountancy Qualification is desirableCandidates available within 1-month
