Payroll Analyst Chester 6 Months Temp

You will be working for a major manufacturing company based in Cheshire.
Your new role
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing using global tools and calculations
- Drive process improvements and support payroll-related queries
- Liaise with vendors and escalate issues when needed
- Act as subject-matter expert for time and attendance systems
- Participate in governance and approval of payroll projects
- Collaborate with Total Rewards on benefits and savings impacts
- Coordinate with outsourced providers and monitor SLA performance
- Manage employee queries via CRM, meeting KPIs and service standards
- Assess impact of HR policy and compliance changes on payroll
- Support payroll system implementations during acquisitions
- Maintain up-to-date technical payroll knowledge and best practices
- Ensure vendor compliance with procedures and regulations
