Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of the UK's most respected residential Property developers. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving strong sales results. You'll take ownership of the full sales process - from first sales enquiry through to home completion - ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless journey to their new home.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the customer sales journey, from initial contact through to completion and handover

  • Act as the main point of contact for purchasers, providing an outstanding, professional service at all times

  • Promote recommended partners including mortgage advisors and solicitors to ensure efficient customer progression

  • Monitor sales performance and deliver against agreed targets

  • Maintain site presentation and ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures

  • Undertake market research, support marketing activities, and proactively generate leads

  • Conduct home demonstrations and manage aftercare visits following move-in

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential property sales

  • Strong customer service focus and results-driven approach

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills

  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

  • Flexibility to work one in two Saturdays or bank holiday hours as needed

  • Based within 30 minute drive of Maidenhead
