Working closely with a Financial Services Manager and a team of skilled Advisers and Paraplanners, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting technical planning, ensuring compliance, and contributing to exciting development projects.

Salary range up to £43,000 (DOE + qualifications) company bonus paid annually, exam support: full funding with post-qualification bonus and retention plan, flexible working: office-based for the first 6 months, then up to 2 days WFH (subject to approval), career development, genuine progression opportunities and personal mentoring, culture - flat hierarchy, open communication, and social, team-oriented environment, parking available at separate sites.
