- Order office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate travel, transport, and accommodation
- Support and organise meetings
- Handle customer queries via phone and email
- Handle invoices, purchase orders, and document management
What you'll need to succeed- Immediately available for work for short-term cover
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate
- Ideally, experience from a manufacturing environment
