Essential Skills and Experience: Significant experience working in project management positions, preferably with at least a year in the Higher Education sector. Experience in both traditional Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with practical knowledge and hands-on involvement in Scrum within past project delivery environments. Ability to conceptualise surface water environment issues. Excellent report writing skills. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Ability to communicative effectively, both verbally and in writing.
