As a Key Account Manager, you will:
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key accounts
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Analyse account performance and strategize for improvement
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders
- Report on account health and forecast future sales potential
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of the Manufacturing & Production industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Full UK driving licence required
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience in a leadership or mentoring role
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
Technologies:
- CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Data analysis tools
