Job Description

This is a 3 month temp contract working for a well-known prestigious charity in their philanthropy team. You will work on both engagement and fundraising events, but with more of a focus on the fundraising side.

This role is responsible for supporting the Event Managers by providing administrative and delivery support, and managing relationships with internal stakeholders, third-party partners, suppliers, auction prize donors, philanthropic supporters and committees. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of an unrivalled guest experience to their supporters across some of our most high-profile events

You will have great time management skills, prioritising your workload, working well under pressure and managing multiple tasks to deadline.

Strong copywriting and proofreading skills

Excellent verbal, written & telephone skills and excellent attention to detail

Good interpersonal skills with the confidence to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.

Ability to problem solve and proactively troubleshoot.

Very strong administrative and organisational skills.

High level of IT literacy, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

This is a hybrid role with but with the flexibility and willingness to work out of usual office hours at busy times and on event days.
