Social Creative & Community Marketing Coordinator Location: London Salary: £26,500-£30,000 per annum, dependent on experience About Us The Ribbon Box is a fast-growing global online platform focused on well-being, fertility, and parenting, based in Chiswick, West London. We are looking for a talented Social Media Content Creator to join our team and help elevate and grow our social media presence across multiple digital channels. The Role We are seeking someone who can craft engaging, trend-driven content, with a split focus on our key channels for owned and partner content, and on growing our newly-launched channels for The Ribbon Box Influencer Collective, a first of its kind AI-driven influencer and ambassador matching for wellbeing, fertility, pregnancy and parenting, and (peri)menopause brands . You will also help to drive users into and moderate our online community forum, The Ribbon Box Community - a space for support, shared experiences, and helpful tips on topics related to wellbeing, fertility, pregnancy and parenting. In this role, you'll work closely with our creative team to develop and execute content strategies, produce compelling visuals and videos, and analyze performance to maximize reach and engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop, design, and curate engaging and trending content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and more Conceptualise and create video content, graphics and stills to drive engagement and growth Assist in planning and executing multi-client marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines Conduct research with interns to identify trends and provide recommendations for content strategy Collaborate daily with the creative and partnerships team on content planning and strategy Foster relationships within our online community, as well as influencers and brand advocates, to manage brand reputation Plan and execute marketing promotions and social activations that highlight the community forum's value and encourage sign-ups Encourage and moderate community forum interactions, respond to questions, and maintain a positive brand presence Front of camera presence, hosting TikTok and IG lives and podcast episodes Required Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in social media management, community management, content creation, or digital marketing Strong proficiency in social media platforms and community forum marketing strategies Skilled in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva) Strong creativity, with a keen eye for social trends and visual storytelling Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously Ability to analyse data to inform content strategy Who You Are You're creative, forward-thinking and someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people. Whether that's jumping into conversations online, hosting TikTok lives / podcast episodes or confidently sharing ideas in a team brainstorm, you bring energy and clarity to your communication and work.
