Are you a proactive and organised professional with a flair for both marketing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We are looking for an experienced and creative individual to join our clients successful and growing team, taking ownership of the marketing and social media activities while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is a varied and rewarding role offering the opportunity to make a real impact across multiple areas of the business and gain exposure!

What You'll Do:

• Manage the company's social media platforms, creating engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Design marketing materials, presentations, newsletters and promotional content using Canva and InDesign.
• Update website content and assist with wider marketing activities.
• Coordinate meetings, manage diaries and provide administrative support to the wider team.
• Handle office administration, including ordering supplies, managing facilities, coordinating suppliers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a marketing, social media and an office support role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Creative and confident in producing engaging marketing content.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva and Adobe InDesign.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
